BCSSI Friendly Visitors commit to a one time/week visit to the home of an individual or individuals living in Boone County to offer companionship and support. Visitors are matched to the customer and training is provided. This volunteer opportunity brings people together to create a special relationship that often lasts for years for touches hearts forever.

BCSSI Office Assistants are so valuable in the agency's overall success. Since we have a small administrative team, we often have needs for volunteers to help answer phones, assist with mailings, and support our fundraising efforts. Individuals are typically needed Monday - Friday during the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Other times may be added if an event occurs after business hours or on weekends.
